NCS juniors played well at one of the nation’s most prestigious Gold tournaments the weekend of Nov. 18-20 at Philadelphia’s Merion Cricket Club.
Theo Mendez reached the finals of BU15, where he knocked out the #1 seed in a thrilling five-game match semifinal.
Geoffrey Keating, playing in his first tournament in four months after coming back from an injury, reached the BU 19 quarterfinals in a strong 32-player draw.
Kira Keating reached the quarterfinals, and then took the 5th place match with a convincing 3-0 win after winning her classic plate semis match 3-0.
Vassar Junior Classic

Deerfield Gold
Cameron Bahadori took 17th place in a 64-player draw at the Deerfield Gold Nov. 25-27. The tournament attracted about 225 players coming from all over the country and as far away as Arizona, California and Canada.
